Mari Feazel graduated from Chapman University with honors and a 3.9 GPA in December 2008, earning her Bachelor of Arts degree in public relations and advertising. She also studied journalism for three quarters at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. She spent the summer of 2007 studying abroad in London, and learned about film marketing at the Sundance Film Festival in 2008. 

Her senior project at Chapman, an entertainment marketing plan for a student film, won the 2009 Cecil Award, Chapman's own annual film school honors, for Best Entertainment Marketing Campaign. Her public relations campaign for local theater group The Laguna Playhouse also won the 2009 Cecil Award for Best Public Relations Campaign.

Mari has interned at the ROXY/Quiksilver public relations department and the Rogers & Cowan eMedia department. She has also held a number of other paid public relations positions, listed in the resume section of this website.

Since March 2, 2009, Mari has been employed as an account coordinator for public relations agency HKA, Inc.
